I have very fine AND thin hair with a weird hairline. A lot of stylists say I just have to accept the fact that there isn't much I can do with it.
Then I met Dawn. She took one look at it and explained what needed to be done to make it an actual style. She took her time until it was just right. I have never, ever had such a great cut. It is easy to style ...this despite the "issues" with my hair. I love it. And I have been back and have another appointment for a color. I can't wait to see what she does.
I was a newer client and at my last scheduled appointment I mentioned to the stylist I wanted a "lighter color low light" because I felt she was taking me to dark. The stylist instantly became upset with me and told me she was confused and didn't think she could help me. Instead of wanting to work with me she became offensive, crossed her arms and stepped back from the chair. Never have I experienced something like that. Shocked and disappointed I left and will never return. Customers pay way to much at this salon to be anything but happy with the final result. Very poor customer service.
Recently, I had to look for a new stylist as my previous stylist decided on a Career change. I tried several salons in the area, but never went back to one.
I have found a stylist I can stay with and trust!
I have been to so many hair salons and this is by far my favorite! Halley is fantastic and gives her honest opinion. I am so glad that I found my "home" for hair, I do not want to go anywhere else.
